Position Summary


We are seeking a line cook to join our team This is your opportunity to work alongside one of the top culinary teams on the bourbon trail.


Responsibilities

Check freshness and quality of ingredients

Assist in the development of menu items

Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies

Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces

Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes

Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements

Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift

Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs



Qualifications

Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields is desired but not necessary

Passion for food and cooking techniques

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Organizational skills

Ability to work as a team member

Strong leadership qualities

Follows directions and instructions

Basic written and verbal communication skills

Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
