Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team at UptimeHealth. As an Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the onboarding process, collaborating closely with the project manager to ensure seamless integration and customization of our platform for each client. Your primary focus will be on delivering a turnkey experience, which involves platform configuration, user training, issue resolution, and ongoing support.

What you will do:

As an Operations Associate, you will work alongside a team of Operations professionals to maintain strong customer relationships, implement customized onboarding plans, and meet internal growth goals.


These include but are not limited to:

 

      Customize and configure the UptimeHealth platform according to each client's specific needs and requirements.

●      Collaborate with the project manager to execute client onboarding processes efficiently and effectively

●      Conduct comprehensive user training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in utilizing our software.

●      Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions.

●      Actively contribute to diverse projects tailored to individual client needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

●      Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills when interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

●      Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

●      Demonstrate a willingness to assist fellow team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.


 

What you need:

●          1+ years of experience in a customer success or customer-facing role

●          Preferred: 1+ years of experience in healthcare, dental, veterinary, optical, or related fields

●          1+ years of experience in operations, preferably within the software/SaaS industry.

●          Strong interpersonal communication skills specifically relating to stress management, people management and conflict management

●          Strong time management skills

●          Ability to quickly learn and become a power user of new software tools and applications

●          Ability to work remotely with occasional client or corporate office visits – Houston, TX

●          10% travel for work-related client success meetings

●          Have your own method of transportation
