Overview

The company is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Marketing Associate with excellent writing skills, experience responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), familiarity with graphic design, and the ability to develop and execute a monthly social media strategy. The marketing associate will work in a 20-person office, collaborating closely with the marketing team.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation: Develop, write, and edit engaging and shareable content tailored to each social media platform.
  2. Social Media Management: Schedule, post, and manage content across all social media channels, ensuring brand voice and messaging consistency.
  3. Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to foster community and enhance customer relationships.
  4. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  5. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and suggest new ideas for content and strategies.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall strategies.
  7. Brand Consistency: Ensure all content and interactions reflect brand guidelines and the company’s values.
