The Early Career Specialist will be responsible for enabling a best in class Hiring Manager and Candidate experience through exceptional Talent Acquisition expertise, consultation, and service delivery for areas of focus.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the application to interview process for US Early Career programs with close partnership with Functional Staffing Leaders and Early Career Recruiters
  • Serves as member of NA Early Career team and contributes to the overall regional early career strategy implementation and support other Early Career initiatives
  • Matches necessary competencies to experience utilizing internal/external resources including but not limited to, sourcing campus candidates, reviewing and screening resumes, interview process supporting, etc.
  • Accountability for using digital tools to increase position exposure in the open job market
  • Passion for Inclusion & Diversity Recruiting and provide necessary support for I&D Conferences
  • Process consultant to Functional Staffing Leaders in talent selection process
  • Assist in other ad-hoc TA tasks and initiatives whenever capacity allows


Job Qualifications

  • Prior working experience as a recruiter and familiarity with Workday and social media and/or other digital platforms such as Handshake/Yello are preferred
  • Great teamwork spirit, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a passion for learning with ability to come up to speed quickly
  • Ability to work independently
  • Never satisfied with the status quo and willing to drive improvements
  • Able to operate effectively and proactively with a client-centric mindset
  • Comfortable leveraging a variety of technology platforms
  • Comfortable consulting and providing recommendations based on client needs
