Summary:

As a Clinical Psychologist/Neuropsychologist, you will play an essential role in cultivating a diverse client base, representing a range of ages, races, genders, and treatment complexities. You will conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments, providing precise, clear, and actionable treatment recommendations that align with our core value of Empathetic Precision.

Responsibilities:


Client Base Development:

· Expand our diverse client base with a focus on helping individuals presenting with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, and Depression, reflecting our commitment to Unity in Diversity and compassionate, comprehensive care.


Assessment & Diagnosis:

· Perform precise psychological and neuropsychological assessments, reflecting our value of Empathetic Precision. Ensure that clients and families fully understand the diagnosis and treatment recommendations.

· Select appropriate psychological/neuropsychological assessment measures to best fit diagnostic questions to be answered.

· Administer, score, and interpret a wide range of psychological/neuropsychological assessment measures to provide diagnostic clarity for client’s and their families.


Testing Methodology & Clinical Processes

· Collaborative Excellence: Lead the refinement and implementation of our evidence-based testing methodologies, ensuring that our practice remains at the forefront of clinical innovation.

· Joyful Resilience: Adapt clinical processes to meet the challenges of evolving client needs while maintaining a positive, resilient approach to mental health care.


Reporting & Recommendations:

· Perform precise psychological and neuropsychological assessments, reflecting our value of Empathetic Precision. Ensure that clients and families fully understand the diagnosis and treatment recommendations.

· Select appropriate psychological/neuropsychological assessment measures to best fit diagnostic questions to be answered.

· Administer, score, and interpret a wide range of psychological/neuropsychological assessment measures to provide diagnostic clarity for client’s and their families.


Therapeutic Intervention:

· Perform precise psychological and neuropsychological assessments, reflecting our value of Empathetic Precision. Ensure that clients and families fully understand the diagnosis and treatment recommendations.

· Select appropriate psychological/neuropsychological assessment measures to best fit diagnostic questions to be answered.

· Administer, score, and interpret a wide range of psychological/neuropsychological assessment measures to provide diagnostic clarity for client’s and their families.


Collaboration & Leadership:

· Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and other professionals to create comprehensive care plans for clients with complex needs.

· Lead and mentor junior clinicians, promoting a culture of Collaborative Excellence and ensuring that all team members feel supported and equipped to provide top-quality care.


Record Keeping & Documentation:

· Maintain detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and client progress.

· Ensure that all documentation adheres to legal, ethical, and professional standards.

Qualifications:


Education & Licensure:

· Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.

· Licensed as a Clinical Psychologist (or license-eligible) in North Carolina.


Experience:

· 5+ years of experience, including expertise in diagnosing and treating ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, and related conditions.

· Proven expertise in managing psychological testing protocols and providing diagnostic assessments.


Skills:

· Expertise in administering and interpreting psychological/neuropsychological assessments for conditions like ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, and Depression.

· Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver clear, compassionate feedback to clients, families, and teams—reflecting Innovative Communication.

· Preferred: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire junior clinicians, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and innovative clinical environment.
