About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team at Field of Talent. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children referred due to autism concerns, utilizing clinical interviewing, observations, and standardized measures.
  • Provide direct services, including individual, family, and group therapy, as well as psychological evaluations.
  • Monitor and implement evidence-based clinical care models, ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients.
  • Engage in the design and implementation of clinical outcomes studies and performance improvements.
  • Protect patient rights and privacy, adhering to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  1. Doctoral degree and licensure as a Psychologist in the applicable state.
  2. Proficiency in screenings and diagnostic assessments, including ADOS, ADI-R, Sensory Profile, Vineland, and CARS.
  3. Expertise in case conceptualization and report writing.
  4. Compassion, self-sufficiency, problem-solving skills, effective communication, and attention to detail.
