Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager with a CAM designation. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, financial management, and staff leadership, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire operations of the facility, including food & beverage, staff management, budgeting, and customer service.
  • Manage property and asset maintenance, ensuring compliance with CAM standards.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to improve revenue, control costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance, including food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Lead and mentor teams to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, managing budgets, and controlling operational expenses.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Drive marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance the customer experience and grow revenue.
  • Oversee the execution of events, dining services, and special programs to elevate the guest experience.


Qualifications:

  • CAM certification required.
  • Proven experience as a General Manager with food and beverage experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and hospitality standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities.
