Based in Fullerton, CA, we provide creative marketing services including branding, advertising campaigns, strategic conceptualization, collateral materials, experiential design, web development, and media production. WTC offers practical and innovative solutions that are fresh, competitive, and ahead of the market.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hey there We're We The Creative (WTC), a team of passionate designers determined to deliver top-notch results. We're seeking a Graphic Designer who isn't just skilled with pixels and vectors but can also communicate their ideas effectively. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, where creativity meets pragmatism.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Graphic Designer at WTC, you'll be the creative force behind our clients' visual identities. From brainstorming sessions to client presentations, you'll be expected to not only produce stunning designs but also explain the rationale behind them. You'll collaborate closely with our Creative Director and other teams to ensure our designs align with client goals and expectations.


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Here's what we're looking for:

  • At least 3 years of industry experience, preferably in an agency setting
  • A killer portfolio demonstrating your range of skills and creative thinking
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for meeting deadlines
  • A team player who's also comfortable working independently
  • A sense of humor and a laid-back attitude wouldn't hurt either

Note: This is a remote position, but we're specifically looking for candidates located in Texas or California.
