Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up multi-family residential construction projects in Davie, FL. The Lead Superintendent will play a crucial role in ensuring project success by managing day-to-day operations, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the construction process.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trade crews to maintain progress and quality standards.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to resolve issues and optimize project efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control assessments to ensure work meets company standards.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.
  • Implement best practices in sustainable construction and innovative building technologies.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent in ground-up construction, with a focus on multi-family residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
