We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join a growing Human Resources team. As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation programs to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant practices across the organization.



Requirements:

  • Collaborate with HR leadership and management to develop and refine compensation structures, policies, and strategies that align with the bank's business objectives and industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and benchmarking to assess the competitiveness of our compensation offerings, ensuring that our bank remains competitive in attracting and retaining qualified professionals.
  • Participate in and analyze salary surveys to gather relevant data on compensation trends and practices in the banking industry. Utilize this data to make informed recommendations.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to interpret compensation data, identify trends, and generate insights that guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the annual salary budgeting process by providing insights on compensation trends, cost implications of proposed changes, and recommendations for allocation of compensation funds.
  • Monitor and maintain internal equity in compensation structures, addressing any disparities and recommending adjustments as needed.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Bilingual - English & Spanish preferred
  • 5+ years experience in Compensation or its related practices.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and market trends within the banking industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of HRIS and compensation management systems.
