Senior Director Data Platforms

Visionary Senior Director, Data Operations, to lead our clients growing data organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the current environment(s) & data pipelines
Partner in building the next generation D&A platform(s), and leading a high-performing data operations team
Oversee all aspects of data operations, from data ingestion and transformation to governance and security.
Define and mature the full people, process and technology driven Data & Analytics platform technology strategy and cultural shift
Champion clients Analytics program and platform management supporting large scale global data engineering efforts partnering across S&T organization
Requirements
20+ years of technology work experience in a large-scale Global organization – CPG preferred.
15+ years of experience working within a cross-functional IT organization.
10+ years of experience in leadership/management experience.
Customer Obsession: Passion for customers and focus on delivering the right customer experience.
Growth mindset: Openness and ability to learn new skills and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a leadership role in technical support for mission critical solutions in an Microsoft Azure environment.
Site Reliability Engineering experience with modern site reliability practices including automated
Responsibilities
Data operations and sustain – Testing and monitoring process to support global products and projects (cross sector) in partnership with Data Engineering teams.
Data capture, Data Storage, Integration, Governance and Analytics responsibility in collaboration across organization.
Day to Day – Data products support, service-level agreements (SLA), and clear definition to meet business demand. Engage with SME’s.
Partner in work Intake process and Agile management process for data platform teams.
Lead strategy and direction and drive excellence for PepsiCo customers.
Actively manage Senior/Executive level relationships up to CEO
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and data services.
Develop and automate operational policies and procedures. Establish crisis management functions that ensure world class time to mitigate for service outages and incidents
