Portfolio Property Manager

We are partnering with a property management firm in Pinellas county looking for experienced Portfolio Property Manager to join their team. This firm is experiencing exponential growth, thus creating a brand-new position needed on the team. This is a portfolio management position. To be success in this role, the Community Association Manager will provide competent and effective leadership to ensure the growth and success of the communities they serve, their employees, and the residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the Board of Directors to manage the business of associations in portfolio
  • Investigate and resolve Board and homeowner complaints
  • Schedule and facilitate association meetings
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion by working with vendors
  • Enforce property and association rules and regulations as well as board-driven protocols and procedures
  • Assist with creating & maintaining property budgets
  • Responsible for hiring, onboarding, training and performance management of Maintenance Technicians and Assistant Community Managers of the properties

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Three or more years of previous property and association management experience preferred; three or more years of previous leasing experience required
  • Must have valid and active Florida Community Association Manager License (LCAM)
  • Knowledge in Community Associations with an understanding of Governance, Insurance, Construction, Budgeting, & General Business Operations
  • Demonstrated leadership, guidance and ability to delegate priority tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to work nights and/or weekends as needed (minimal)

Location: The portfolio of properties this role services are located in central & north Pinellas county, requiring onsite management daily.

Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with nights and/or weekend coverage as needed

Salary: $45,000 to $65,000 annually with benefits package, PTO, and more
