Position Overview:

The Junior HR Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR Department.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supporting HR-related processes such as recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning and development
• Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with HR leaders and departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
• Process pre-employment and onboarding documentation
• Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verification
• Educating newly hired employees on HR policies and internal procedures (HR Onboarding)
• Process new hires, employee changes, and terminations.
• Responsible for monthly headcount reports, LMS related reports and turnover analysis
• Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, promotion, or transfer letters
• Be a support for all HR administrative tasks
• Participating in the development or improvement of people management processes and related HR technology projects
• Establish, monitor and update employee records; organize HR and payroll files
• Order office supplies; keep supply cabinet stocked at all times
• Keep pantry area neat and tidy; keep pantry stocked

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an HR role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excel proficiency
• Proactive, motivated, and results orientated individual capable of partnering cross-functionally within the organizations
• Ability to handle numerous priorities in a dynamic and growing environment.
