In this role, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and supporting departmental goals by accurately processing and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and supportive manner. Join a team that values empathy, professionalism, and collaboration


What you will do:

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of various course offerings and products
  • Handle order and registration processing, deliver product information, create course enrollments, and conduct customer follow-up
  • Research customer records in various applications and provide detailed reports as requested
  • Manage high volume inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Provide departmental and receptionist coverage as needed
  • Assist with mail processing including the opening, sorting, and distribution of mail
  • Adapt to shifting priorities in a high-activity environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Who you are:

  • Previous Call Center experience is required.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor
  • Flexible and willing to assist where needed
  • Comfortable using Desktop Computer functions
  • Basic Internet navigation skills

Experience:

  • Call center: 2 years (Required)
  • Data entry: 1 year (Required)
  • CRM software: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Oxford, MA (Required)
