The Portfolio Strategy Group is seeking an energetic and engaging administrator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, flexible, and an excellent multitasker.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide excellent experience for clients and all visitors
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and email inquiries
  • Complete account paperwork for various investments
  • Ability to maintain LinkedIn page and manage content calendar
  • Create graphics for webinars and meetings
  • Organize and maintain email marketing lists
  • Ability to learn and utilize CRM and other software systems
  • Contribute to the improvement of operational and administrative efficiency
  • Coordinate and provide support for internal and external meetings and conference calls


Qualifications Include:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to follow processes
  • Ability to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential and non-routine information
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Marketing experience preferred
  • Experience utilizing HubSpot or similar marketing platform
  • Experience with Zoom
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
