Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership in the development and execution of enterprise integration platform strategies, aligning closely with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Define and architect future integration models, leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve integration methodologies to stay ahead of market trends and customer demands.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in functionality and service delivery.
  • Develop integration platform roadmaps. Oversee the end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and successful delivery of enterprise systems implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Identify and onboard strategic integration partners to build our partner ecosystem and enhance solution offerings.
  • Supervise a team of experts in requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, and support of integration platform.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team, nurturing talent, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
  • Drive governance processes, roadmap exercises, and resource planning to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and efficient resource utilization.
  • Serve as a high-level escalation point for troubleshooting and incident response, ensuring timely resolution and post-incident analysis.
  • Manage Total Cost of Ownership, vendor contracts and relationships.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership and business stakeholders on product roadmaps, projects delivery and service performance of integration platform.
  • Adhere to technical standards, security protocols, and data privacy regulations, enforcing best practices to maximize system uptime and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology or related field required; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of deploying and managing enterprise integration platform and digital transformation initiatives at scale in a global environment, maximizing business value.
  • Industry expertise in logistics, specifically freight forwarding, is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in SDLC, Agile, TOGAF, ITIL, PMO/ PMP, Integration Technologies (API, EDI, Web Services), Reporting and Advanced analytics
  • Experience in managing budgets, vendor contracts, on-shore and off-shore teams.
  • Expertise in enterprise integration platforms like CData, Boomi & Informatica.
  • Expertise in CargoWise One Transport Management System is highly desired.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in managing technical and administrative resources while effectively communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
