  1. Leadership and Management:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the site operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
  1. Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  1. Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Promote a safety-first culture, conducting regular safety audits, training, and incident investigations to minimize risks.
  1. Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage the site’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze financial reports and performance data to identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvement.

  • Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for the site, aligning with corporate objectives and market demands.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, process improvements, and technology upgrades to enhance the site’s competitiveness.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and community partners.
  • Represent the site in corporate meetings, industry conferences, and public forums.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in processes, quality, and performance.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance production capabilities and operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or a related industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale manufacturing operations.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
