IT Project Coordinator / Upstate SC (partial onsite)

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a candidate with a background and at least 2 years of experience in analysis/incident management and project coordination of IT projects. This opportunity could be an excellent stepping towards a career in project management Partial onsite in Clemson/Anderson, SC area.
Required Qualifications of the IT Project Coordinator:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- At least 2 years of experience in systems analysis/coordination of IT projects.
- Cursory knowledge/experience with ticketing systems.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- MS Project and MS Visio knowledge/experience.
- Highly preferred: Completed Bachelor’s Degree.
Responsibilities of the IT Project Coordinator:
- Assist the Project Manager in documenting meeting minutes and distributing them to team members.
- Assist the Incident Manager with coordinating internal meetings for major incidents.
- Follow up on open incident metrics.
- Create Change Requests.
Work Location: Partial remote/onsite in Clemson, SC area.
