BSNB is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Vice President, Wealth Management Solutions to oversee our growing and innovative Wealth Management Solutions Department. In this role, you will lead all aspects of the department including business development, client service and support, operations, and staff development. The VP, Wealth Management Solutions will manage a team focused on delivering exceptional value while seeking to expand existing relationships and develop to new sources of revenue.


Vice President, Wealth Management Solutions

Successful candidates will typically:

  • Cultivate strong personal and professional relationships with key individuals at targeted industries.
  • Use an extensive knowledge of investments strategies to address the special needs of the private wealth channel to influence client investment decisions.
  • Develop, oversee, and guide all sales activities - initiate contact, build and sell investment and trust solutions using a variety of investment instruments and the most appropriate delivery platform for customers.
  • Identify and proactively addresses potential investment concerns of existing clients.
  • Engage clients in dialogue about their business models and appropriate investment strategies.
  • Manage experienced staff including investments, operations, and sales, toward department and BSNB goals.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in Wealth Management, with a 4-year degree in Business, Finance or related field. Certified Financial Planner designation preferred. Series 7 and 63 licensure preferred. Demonstrated understanding of investments, banking and trust concepts including, but not limited to: asset allocation on structured portfolios, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and loan solutions, fee structures, basic trust and estate products and identification of wealth planning opportunities. Well-developed communication skills are a must.
