Continuum Mental Health and Wellness is a multispecialty clinic that values patient centered care and provides a flexible and supportive work environment. We are looking for exceptional providers, licensed prescribers and therapist, that are interested in joining our group as we expand our practice.


Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role for Mental Health Providers at Continuum: Mental Health and Wellness, LLC. The Mental Health Providers will be responsible for delivering high-quality mental health services. This includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, prescribing medications, and monitoring client progress. Centrally located in northern Indianapolis, providers are able to engage clients easily within the city and surounding counties. The position has opportunities to practice in a personal office or remotely from home through our fully integrated EMR. Although the positions are W-2 employees, providers retain control of their hours and case load. We foster continued learning and skill development through routine internal case conferences and finacial assistance for external resources and seminars.


Qualifications


  • MD/DO, APN, or BCNP

(or)

  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field


  • Licensure or eligible for licensure as a mental health professional in the state of Indiana
  • Experience providing individual and group therapy in a mental health setting
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for various mental health conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing client-centered care
