Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the metal stamping industry, focusing on OEM clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with the company's capabilities and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to ensure that customer requirements are met.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the metal stamping industry, with a focus on selling to OEMs.
  • Strong understanding of metal stamping processes, products, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
