Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and organize the dealership's vehicle inventory.
  • Receive and confirm incoming vehicles against invoices as necessary.
  • Catalog and manage keys within the Key Track system.
  • Ensure all vehicles are fueled, equipped with necessary stickers and buyer's guides, and maintained in excellent condition.
  • Inspect vehicles for damages and verify the presence of accessories listed on invoices.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of inventory, ensuring proper display of disclaimers and vehicle information.
  • Move and deliver vehicles as directed.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach in all tasks.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Capable of operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least eighteen years old.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment screenings.
