Professional Services Coordinator

馃暎SHIFT: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Professional Services Coordinator works under the direct supervision of the Account Manager and/or Program Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned client programs at that tactical level. The Professional Services Coordinator works to provide daily support to the Professional Services Program Management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
馃挋 Program Management Responsibilities.
馃挋 Generate work orders and reports.
馃挋 Assist in inventory reconciliation.
馃挋 Preparation of client reports.
馃挋 Process special client requests.
馃挋 Provide internal clients with email, fax, and phone support.
馃挋 Prepare samples for client approval.
馃挋 Monitor inventory levels and back-order situations.
馃挋 Set up job folders, filing, and records storage procedures.
馃挋 Complete other program management tasks as identified by the Program Manager or Account Manager.
馃挋 Account Management Responsibilities.
馃挋 Execute needed deliverables in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner providing the highest level of customer service.
馃挋 People and Resource Management Responsibilities.
馃挋 Maintain resource Hours and accurately capture billable, non-billable, and overtime hours.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
馃挌 Education/Training: An associate degree is desirable.
馃挌 Business Experience: One - two years of work experience within an office environment.
馃挌 Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
鉁达笍 Effective written and verbal communication skills.
鉁达笍 Customer Service Skills.
鉁达笍 Detail Oriented.
鉁达笍 Microsoft Office Skills with a strong working knowledge of Excel, and Word.
