Enjoy a four-day work week, a collaborative team, and the opportunity to take ownership of advanced machining processes using state-of-the-art equipment and Mastercam software.Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer position include:5+ years of experience in CNC programming and machine setup (milling and lathes)Proficiency in Mastercam for multi-axis programming (up to 5 axes with live tooling)Experience with Fanuc-controlled HAAS machines highly preferredAbility to program and set up CNC machines independently with minimal supervisionManage machining processes for various materials including aluminum, copper, brass, and plasticsTroubleshoot and optimize programs to ensure quality, reduce downtime, and increase efficiencySupport production schedules by ensuring all machines are set up and programmed accuratelyConduct quality checks on machined parts to ensure precision and compliance with specificationsSalary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a $400 monthly stipend, quarterly and year-end bonuses based on company performance, and potential for future profit sharing.DAVRON is the leading Headhunter and Executive Search firm for Engineering, Architecture, Construction and Manufacturing professionals nationwide.
