Our client is a global technology company. They are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join their team. This role is a CONTRACT position. Position will be ONSITE. Candidates must be residing within commutable distance of Santa Clara, CA to be considered.

**1 year contract + potential hire**


Duties:

  • Take ownership and be accountable for New Product Innovation within the portfolio and continue to drive an innovative and differentiated roadmap that disrupts the market.
  • Provide oversight of a product portfolio consisting of advanced firewalls and cloud-based service offerings, partnering with global customer support and professional services teams to plan.
  • Prioritize and manage the NPI pipeline for multiple product lines.
  • Analyze and estimate efforts on program lifecycle deliverables, working with global technical and business teams to provide visibility into NPI program status, risks and issues.
  • Coach and mentor team members reach their full potential and further their careers
  • Collaborate with engineering and product management leaders across the organization to help us deliver the best in class security solutions
  • Be intimately involved with the business to identify growth opportunities and leverage your business and technical skills to enter new markets


Requirements:

  • BS or MS in a technical field (e.g. EE. CS) or equivalent relevant experience or equivalent military experience - MBA highly desirable.
  • 8+ years of experience in a technical product management role preferably with cloud-based security solutions covering malware analysis, incident response, forensics, sandboxing technology, intrusion prevention, antivirus, or related technologies.
  • Experience managing high performing teams of product managers.
  • Track record of successfully launching cybersecurity products (focus on Sandbox/Verdict Services) at scale within mature technology areas.
  • Strong product strategy experience and analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills to drive alignment at all levels of the organization and across cross functional teams.
