The role

  • Support the firm’s corporate & strategic finance efforts
  • Capital Markets activities – underwriting deals debt covenants, financial reporting
  • Investor relations activities
  • Assists firm’s financing requirements – existing facilities and evaluation/execution on alternative financing options/products


Job responsibilities

  • Optimization of firm’s capital Structure
  • Presentation materials
  • Experience within real estate or digital infrastructure (data centers)
  • Financial modelling expertise
  • Coordination with other departments, such as Asset Management
  • Underwriting and financial modelling to support debt structures
  • Infrastructure or real estate debt financing experience


Skills

  • Bachelor’s in finance or similar
  • 5+ years if experience (financial modeling in real estate, data centers or similar)
  • Investment banking, capital markets, P.E, finance, accounting or similar
  • proficiency with Excel
