Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Reviewing and screening new opportunities to identify potential investments
  • Developing detailed financial models to project property-level cash flows and returns
  • Conducting thorough due diligence on properties, financials, markets, and legal matters
  • Preparing comprehensive investment memos to support decision-making
  • Assisting in reviewing and negotiating term sheets, loan documents, appraisals, and sales agreements
  • Coordinating efforts to ensure smooth transaction closings

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 2-4 years of experience in finance or commercial real estate finance
  • A strong understanding of capital markets principles, including interest rate calculations and IRRs
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent business writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • A strong work ethic, integrity, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
  • The ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Accuracy, completeness, and a commitment to quality
  • A desire to join a growing and entrepreneurial team
  • Flexibility to travel periodically as needed
