Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with a strong background in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in gathering business requirements, analyzing data, creating dashboards, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirements for data analysis and reporting.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to visualize key metrics and KPIs.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
- Conduct thorough QA/QC checks on data visualizations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through data-driven solutions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data visualization and analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis and visualization.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for creating complex reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
- Certification in Power BI and/or Tableau is highly desirable.

- BSC Degree
- 10+ Years of Experience in Business Analyst with a strong background in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
