Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Lead Full Stack Developer proficient in React, Python, AWS, and networking to join our innovative team. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive technical expertise, and the ability to drive the development of scalable web applications while ensuring robust infrastructure and seamless networking capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Leadership:
  • Lead a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient web applications using React on the front end and Python on the backend.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and development processes.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  1. Full Stack Development:
  • Hands-on development using React.js for building responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Utilize Python (Django/Flask) for backend development, including RESTful APIs and database management.
  • Implement and maintain secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  1. Cloud Infrastructure and Networking:
  • Architect, deploy, and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
  • Ensure robust networking capabilities, including DNS management, load balancing, and CDN integration.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability on AWS.
  1. Code Quality and DevOps:
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure quality and reliability of codebase.
  • Collaborate with DevOps team to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
  1. Documentation and Compliance:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (X+ years) as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) and networking fundamentals.
  • Strong understanding of web development concepts (HTTP, RESTful APIs, MVC/MVVM).
  • Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with serverless architecture and microservices.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer.
