Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with a background in financial or banking clients to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java, React, Node.js, and Spring Boot. This is a hybrid/onsite role based in either NJ/NY or Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Java, React, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and process improvements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders from financial/banking sectors to gather requirements and deliver solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of web applications.
  • Expertise in Java, React, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
  • Background in working with financial or banking clients is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
