Job Title: Manager of Growth & Innovation (Must reside in Charlotte, NC)
Overview: We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in utilizing automation to drive our lead generation efforts. In this role, you will leverage your proficiency with Bullhorn automation features and capabilities to identify, engage, and qualify potential leads for our services. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and generate high-quality leads.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Bullhorn to create and manage multi-channel outreach campaigns, including email sequences, LinkedIn automation, and follow-up sequences.
- Customize and optimize email templates, sequences, and workflows to maximize engagement and response rates.
- Research and identify target prospects and companies to build highly targeted lead lists.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, response rates, and conversions, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Stay updated on Bullhorn's features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience using Bullhorn or similar sales engagement platforms to generate leads and manage outreach campaigns effectively.
- In-depth understanding of email marketing principles, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data to drive insights and optimizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and engage prospects.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality leads and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Additional Requirements:
- Certification or training in email automation or other sales engagement platforms (preferred).
- Experience integrating Reply.io with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for seamless lead management.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and implementing innovative lead generation strategies.
