Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage and support sales team, providing leadership, training and coaching
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team while creating an environment of accountability, insuring models are covered 
  • Work on sales scripts and negotiation tactics with sales team
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
  • Plan and direct sales team trainings and meetings 
  • Initiate marketing ideas and assist in coordinating client functions
  • Market the community and company by participation in local events and realtor functions
  • Research data within all neighborhoods
  • Contribute with personal sales and model coverage when needed 
  • Report monthly to leadership team 
  • Must be able to work well with both builders and construction managers 


Required Qualifications/Skillset: 

  • Knowledge of residential home sales process, techniques and contracts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, MacBook
  • Performance-minded and goal driven 
  • Professional attitude, appearance, and presentation
  • Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure while meeting strict deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Display a friendly, personable and approachable manner with both internal and external customers
  • Possess a team player mentality
  • Balance the needs of our customers with the demands of the company 
  • Self starter and competitive 
  • Must be able to resolve conflict peaceably, fairly, and quickly
  • Ability to sell and close deals, meeting monthly goals 
  • Must be willing to work weekends and be in model homes 8 hours a work day
  • Exposure to psychology/personality training is a plus 
  • College Degree or proven sales performance
