Description:


Assist in preparation of monthly reporting packages for management

Assist in preparation of financial statements

Assist in completing monthly variance analysis

Preparation of intercompany billings

Preparation of account reconciliations

Intercompany consolidation & eliminations

Treasury functions including cash forecasting and loan compliance

Prepare monthly bank reconciliations

Process Accounts payable as needed

Ensure timely and professional communications to all stakeholders

Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with accounting, finance and operational staff

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

1-3 years experience as a staff accountant

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience with ERP or accounting software

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and business relationships.

Strong team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Must be a self-starter that can operate independently
