Albers Management is recruiting for multiple Construction Project Managers for projects in Blythewood (Columbia), South Carolina.


Relocation is available for this position.

We have multiple Construction PM positions open for this project:

  • Construction Project Managers with 5 to 10+ years of experience
  • Construction Project Manager to manage change orders
  • MEP Construction Project Manager
  • Mechanical Project Manager to manage Mechanical systems, contractors, and processes
  • Junior Project Manager (Manages ancillary building construction $2 to $10mm in value)
  • Junior Low Voltage Project Manager (IT, Fire, Signal)
  • Quantity Survey Project Manager – will manage a team of 8 to 10 quantity surveyors


Responsibilities include:

The Project Manager is the overall lead for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of large-scale industrial projects, working closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Specific responsibilities include tasks such as developing project schedules, monitoring progress, identifying potential issues, and recommending corrective actions. The Project Manager is also responsible for managing project budgets, tracking costs, and forecasting project financial performance.


Additionally, the Project Manager serves as a liaison between the client and the construction team, communicating project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring that all work meets the client's requirements. This is a critical role as the Project Manager ensures the successful completion of industrial construction projects. To be effective in this role, he or she must possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Change Order Project Managers: 7+ years of professional experience in construction
  • Junior Project Managers: 3+ years of professional experience in construction
  • MEP & Mechanical Project Managers: 8+ years of professional experience in construction
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields
  • Possess the ability to read, understand, and interpret drawings and construction documents; no design experience is necessary
  • Experience on greenfield and industrial projects a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
