Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled engineering professional with a strong background in project management, client relations, and technical oversight. The Senior Project Manager will lead civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with regulatory standards. This position requires a motivated, detail-oriented leader who is passionate about engineering and dedicated to high-quality project outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, budgeting, and construction administration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Guide and support project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance practices to meet both client and regulatory standards.
  • Manage permitting processes and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation to meet project demands.
  • Provide technical guidance in areas such as stormwater management, drainage, roadway design, and utility infrastructure.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (required).
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Florida (required).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a strong background in stormwater and drainage design, traffic engineering, and utility planning.
  • Proficiency in engineering and design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Proven track record in managing project budgets, schedules, and engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
