This ambition continues to drive the company – today and in the future.The RoleOperational responsibility in problem management (incident management and problem management) within the Production environment. This individual will provide support to the Factory Information Systems and associate ancillary systems. (Torque, Electrical Testing, SCADA). They will play a support role in troubleshooting business application systems to ensure that key business process metrics are addressed. This individual specializes in a subset of Volkswagen Group of America’s core business processes and is responsible for understanding and implementing the technology solutions that support production processes. This individual works directly with technology users and Business Process Owners to identify areas where processes can be improved and how technology solutions supporting these processes can facilitate that improvement. He/She is also responsible for working with the PIO to understand the technology roadmap for the client and how this technology roadmap impacts the business processes that they have responsibility for supporting. MHP reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
