Role: ServiceNow Architect

Job Type: Full time/ Permanent role

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Deliver a ServiceNow roadmap for FSM/EAM that is clear and drives customer business needs.

• Plan a ServiceNow EAM/FSM implementation that will rapidly deliver results for the client in weeks, not months, with no (or few) customizations.

• Build strong relationships within the client’s C-level leadership team and with the IT leadership team to position CGI as their trusted advisor.

• Provide leadership within the ServiceNow team and instill a sense of confidence that we can meet any client challenge and deliver results for our clients while bringing the team together.

• Deliver a reusable rapid planning and development framework to the CGI consulting team to reuse with other clients and that can be trained to client software support teams.

• Mentor junior and senior level ServiceNow developers on how to configure various modules in the platform.
