We are seeking an experienced PCRF Engineer with strong background in network elements, ideally with experience on the Oracle PCRF platform (or Cisco PCRF as a close alternative). The candidate will be expected to work independently, be proactive, and demonstrate a positive attitude while ensuring long-term success on the project. The role may involve occasional visits to end customer offices in Dallas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering and design support for PCRF network elements (Preferably Oracle, but Cisco PCRF will also be considered).
  • Assist in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing PCRF systems.
  • Support the PCRF platform for network management, including traffic, policy control, and quality of service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to PCRF platforms.
  • Monitor, manage, and configure PCRF settings to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure efficient deployment and operation of PCRF elements.
  • Participate in documentation, ticketing systems, and support processes for the network.
  • Occasionally visit Oracle end customer offices in Dallas as needed to support on-site needs.


Must Have Skills:

  • Solid PCRF Network Element Experience (Oracle PCRF platform is ideal, but Cisco PCRF experience is also acceptable).
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to commit to a long-term project (several years).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, occasionally commuting to end customer offices as required.


Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with Oracle network solutions and telecom infrastructure.
  • Experience in working with telecom networks and policy management systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with both internal teams and end customers to resolve issues effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience with PCRF platforms, preferably Oracle.
  • Strong technical understanding of network protocols and telecom services.
  • Must be local to Dallas, TX
  • Visa candidates (TN, H1B, etc.) must be physically present in the U.S in Dallas TX area.
