Insight Global is actively seeking a Military Construction Project Manager to join our client’s team in New Castle or Dover, Delaware. We need someone to join our client’s military construction engineering program. This role offers the opportunity to learn from an experienced program manager and contribute to a wide variety of engineering projects on military facilities. This position would have you overseeing a team of 4-8 junior staff that would support you on the design aspect of these military projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to prepare civil design plans.
  • Ensure designs comply with land use, stormwater, erosion, sediment control, access, and military guidelines.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings, prepare addenda, respond to contractor questions, and provide construction support.
  • Manage a range of projects, including military bases, parking lots, runways, and taxiways.
  • Coordinate multiple disciplines, track budgets, schedules, and mentor a team of 4-8 staff members.
