Head of Marketing

The Head of Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing activities within the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Marketing plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhancing brand awareness, and ensuring the company's competitive positioning in the market.
This role is responsible for generating new customers for CSLC.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Marketing Playbooks: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and goals. Own new customer acquisition strategies.Formulate and own marketing playbooks and best practices to guide team.
- Marketing Operations and KPI Tracking: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, mail, TV, radio, billboards, and events. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.Design, build, and maintain marketing performance reporting. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Brand Management: Work with Director of Brand Strategy & Creative to develop and implement brand initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels and touchpoints.
- M&A and De Novo Marketing: Collaborate with M&A diligence and integration teams to develop go-to-market strategies for newly acquired and de novo locations. Drive product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
- Public Relations: Manage public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, communities, and industry influencers.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing marketing team. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI. Monitor return on marketing spend vs. budget.
- Board Reporting: Collaborate closely with sales, brand, operations, and finance departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. Continuously evaluate and incorporate new strategies and tools to improve marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree helpful but not required.
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, with at least 5 years of experience in progressively responsible positions.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles and techniques across traditional and digital channels.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in Excel, budget management and resource allocation.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in Medical/Clinical Spa marketing helpful but not required.
