We need a Project Manager who is unafraid to get their hands dirty when necessary.

Please have 5+ years of experience as a pre-construction Project Manager


Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources utilizing Prolog Converge for comprehensive project tracking.
  • Coordinate pre-construction meetings and facilitate project kick-off.
  • Create, monitor, and update project schedules.
  • Issue and distribute project documents (drawings, specifications, addenda, etc.).
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals (building permits, SWPPP, etc.).
  • Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and product data.
  • Generate estimates, proposals, and change orders.
  • Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports.
  • Compile and submit monthly pay applications.
  • Track warranty items and project closeout.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with the estimating team on design progress budgets and subcontractor selection.
  • Assist the superintendent with field operations and issue resolution.
  • Mentor and train junior project team members.
  • Manage document control processes, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Maintain project records and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit required project closeout documents.
