Job description:


  • Data Management and Analysis: Must have experience in data management and analysis.
  • Strong Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Requirements Elicitation: Ability to elicit requirements through effective communication and use cases.
  • Healthcare Experience: Strongly preferred, with at least 3 years of total experience, particularly in enrollment (at least 1-2 years with 834 files).
  • Facets Experience: Experience with Facets is a significant advantage, though not required.
  • Day-to-day maintenance: Will handle ongoing maintenance tasks and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comparative Data Analysis: Ability to compare data, perform data analysis, and gather requirements using use cases.
  • System Migration Expertise: Experience in retiring old systems and migrating to new systems, including data analysis and quality checks.
  • Business Requirements Analysis: Interpret and analyze business needs, gather and document user and technical requirements.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Responsible for successful user acceptance testing, including documentation and issue resolution.
