We serve women in crisis or at critical life crossroads by delivering programs in financial education/capability, work skills support, pregnancy and parenting education, and small business development. Our goal is to help women make measurable changes in their lives and achieve self-sufficiency.


Role Description

If you have a natural gift for connecting with people and experience helping people achieve their career goals, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a bi-lingual career coach who will be responsible for driving initiatives aimed at supporting surrounding Hispanic communities and professionals. You will have the autonomy to schedule 1-1 coaching sessions with potential clients, deliver curriculum, and utilize your uniqueness.
