They are responsible to execute on the vision to ensure that the highest standards of excellence, patient care, and employee engagement are realized in assigned areas. The VP, Patient Care Services must demonstrate a unique combination of listening, empathy, and consensus building combined with a history of clinical excellence, a working knowledge of best practices, and a focus on the caregivers and the patients, they serve. The VP, Patient Care Services must understand and fit into the family culture that is a hallmark of CMH.
