Temporary Office Assistant

Our client, a dynamic and growing non-profit organization, is seeking a Temporary Office Assistant to work onsite with their HR Operations team in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves providing administrative support to their HR Director.
Responsibilities include responding clients calls, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging travel, reconciling expenses, and handling various administrative tasks.
You'll have previous 2-3 years of administrative experience and proficiency in MS Office and scheduling virtual meeting. You'll be proactive and forward-thinking, anticipate the HR Director needs, have a "let me take this workload off your desk" mindset, and bring warmth and genuineness to the environment. The position is hybrid, four days a week onsite and one day remote.
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 1 month
Work schedule: 4 days onsite and 1 day remote (Mon-Fri)
Pay:$30-$34
