Position Description:

The Commercial Asset Management Analyst is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial activities and supporting management, including administrative and operational functions as part of servicing and oversight of the portfolio. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, articulate, conscientious and makes sound decisions and conducts themselves with a high level of integrity in executing their responsibilities and initiatives.


Primary Duties:

· Manage portfolio of loans, monitor repayments and report on delinquencies

· Ensure asset management and servicing policies and practices adheres to requirements set forth in servicing agreements

· Review third party data to confirm accuracy of asset level detail

· Communicate with property owners, investors, auditors and third parties

· Finalize data, create final report summary, and submit monthly reports

· Prepare investor distribution requisitions as applicable

· Contribute to various operational activities to ensure deliverables are met

· Process day to day financial transactions and reconcile receivables including payoffs, prepayments, and releases

· Produce billing statement and validate 3rd party billing

· Oversee onboarding of new asset to servicing platform


Qualifications:


· Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field

· 1-2 years of experience in commercial asset management, commercial loan servicing or financial management and analysis

· Knowledge of real estate/construction and other economic development finance programs

· Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a strong competency level in Excel

· Organized, detail oriented, ability to multi-task and manage and meet deadlines
