The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of the MS Dynamics Business Central CRM system. The CRM Admin will be the SME using their technical knowledge to provide strategic solutions and support to end users. This will include driving customizations and configurations, managing data flows and integrations, and developing dashboards, and reports as required. The selected candidate will be responsible or the day to day management of the CRM environment and will fully understand how the system works, workflows, business processes and business rules, and be able to provide comprehensive training on the system.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience working with MS Dynamics Business Central CRM
  • 5+ years of experience with MS Active Directory Services
  • Strong competency with Windows Server operating systems
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field
  • Professional services, consulting, or advisory firm experience required.
  • Dynamics CRM
  • Dynamics Business Central
  • Account industry experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience with MS SCCM and SCOM
  • Knowledge of SOC 2 Compliance
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
