Job Summary:


As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing, paid social, email, third party content, PPC, and more. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing digital campaigns, generating leads, acquiring new logos, and supporting our events strategy. Responsibilities:


  • Manage all lead generation activities across multiple channels including search, display, paid social, third-party content syndication, listings, and email.
  • Build search marketing strategies in collaboration with an agency that drive demand and can be tied to pipeline creation and revenue.
  • Lead keyword strategy and research efforts and collaborate with internal content teams accordingly.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize targeted paid social campaigns, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, reddit, 6sense, Google, and Youtube.
  • Support and drive engagement and registration for webinars, trade shows, and proprietary events in close collaboration with the events team.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling messaging aligned with campaign goals.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of demand generation campaigns, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Use analytics tools to measure the impact and ROI of all lead generation efforts.
  • Align closely with lead-nurturing strategies to impact opportunity creation.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in demand generation, SEM, paid social, and lead generation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strong understanding of buyer personas and buyer journey mapping.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for staying ahead of the latest marketing trends and technologies.

  • Prior experience in B2B software, specifically the project portfolio management space
  • Industry knowledge and experience in life sciences, product development, IT, and PSA
  • Demonstrated experience with ABM strategies
