Job Overview: The Senior Director of Corporate Legal Affairs will provide strategic legal counsel on securities, governance, and compliance, driving our clients growth and coordinating with transatlantic teams.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage SEC/Nasdaq reporting and compliance, including financial filings and shareholder communications.
  • Ensure accurate corporate messaging across press releases and external communications; co-lead disclosure discussions.
  • Assist with capital market transactions and governance documentation for board meetings.
  • Guide equity programs and insider trading policies, conduct compliance training, and support corporate responsibility initiatives.

Primary Job Requirements:

  • J.D., and be in good standing with the Massachusetts bar, with 12+ years in biotech law, with at least 5 years in-house.
  • Require solid understanding of securities laws, strong ethics, and sound judgment.
  • Need to possess excellent communication and analytical skills, preferably with biopharmaceutical in-house experience.
  • Capable of strategic, detail-oriented project management, self-motivated with strong multitasking skills, and budget-conscious counsel management.
