Parts Professional Inc. is a Florida Corporation with the Gainesville and Ocala market rights to NAPA Auto Parts. Parts Pro opperates three traditional NAPA Auto Parts stores and one Integrated Business Solutions site at the City of Gainesville Fleet Maintenence facility.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Specialist for the City of Gainesville at Parts Pro Napa Auto Parts located in Gainesville, FL. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for performing various tasks related to parts inventory management, customer service, and sales support. They will assist customers in finding the right parts for their needs, provide product information and recommendations, and process sales transactions. Additionally, the Parts Specialist will monitor and maintain inventory levels, handle incoming and outgoing shipments, and collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an automotive parts or sales role
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for parts lookup and inventory management
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
